The yoga taught on the SUP starts off with simple basic postures and builds up to harder poses. The class ends off with fun challenging poses that might having you ending up in the water. The class is 90 minutes, which consists of an introduction to SUP’ing followed by a warm up paddle and then a 60-minute yoga class.
